Population growth is going to be a problem in the future. More and more human, more space for a limited stay. Increasingly narrow house, the bathroom should be an efficient means. As anticipated, a group of students in the english created a toilet seat that can be folded.
Folding toilet designed by two students of the University of Huddersfield, Gareth Humphreys and Elliott Whiteley is claimed to be very practical. Because it will save a third of the room than a conventional toilet.
The advantages as follows:
1. To conserve water, the device dubbed Iota has smart watering system that will work when the toilet is in an upright position.
2. Toilet fold more efficient because it only uses half and two liters of water once watering, compared to the toilet most of which can be spent six liters of water once flush.
"Ordinary toilet has a lot of problems - excessive use of water so as to make garbage around settles and can pollute water. Toilets are also very large conventional so make the bathroom feel cramped," said Humphreys and Whiteley.
Iota is currently still in developing, Humphreys and Whiteley has filed a patent application for the design and already entered Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) Student Design Awards. They call this toilet can save more than 10 thousand liters of water per person per year.
So, what's the difference with the potty? The second question, toilets require sewer when we defecate. Well, how the system is implemented toilet seat, what was discarded keseptic tank?
