many ways that can be done to get a sixpack stomach, one fitness. But not everyone had to do fitness, being too busy in our daily routine or fitnesnya place too far. Finally constrained to get a sixpack stomach
1. Mountain Climber
How to perform a Mountain Climber:
* Position the body such as the movement of Push-ups
* Place both hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulder and bend your right leg forward, left leg straight backward
* Swap the position of the left and right foot quickly so that your right leg straight back and left leg bent forward
* Do it for 30 seconds
2. Plank
* Position the body such as push-ups

* Contract your abdominal muscles
* Do it for 30 seconds
3. Spiderman Push-Up
* Position the body such as push-up exercises

4. Bicycle Crunch
